A large part of our business is in the commercial real estate sector.  We focus on the importance of creating a positive, environmentally responsible and functional investment.

We have extensive experience in remodeling and restoring existing coastal properties. We think about coastal salt water intrusion in everything we do.  We use rain screen technology, stainless screws, and non-ferrous metals wherever possible.

We have renovated and sold shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, and apartment complexes.  We know how to find, finance, and build, so we understand how owners think.
