Our Story
Sound Build’s principal owner and operator, Brian Veit, is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E., structural) who received a BS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and an MS in Structural Engineering from UC Berkeley. In addition to his years of experience as a general contractor, Brian offers a valuable perspective as a successful real estate investor and developer. Brian is directly involved with every Sound Build project from the initial scoping through the final walkthrough.
Sound Build is a licensed contractor in the State of California.
